By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — I've written them to be clear, not intimidating.

Who I am - This store is operated by Samantha Lazo, an independent author and poet based in Connecticut. All products — including Grow Wild: A Guided Journal — are created and sold by me directly.

Digital products - Upon purchase, digital files (PDF, audio) are delivered electronically. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share these files without written permission. They are licensed for your personal use only.

All sales final - Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Please see my Refund Policy for details on damaged physical copies.

Not a substitute for therapy - Grow Wild is a creative work — a guided journal rooted in poetry, reflection, and storytelling. It is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any psychological condition or mental illness. I am a writer and poet, not a licensed mental health professional.

Engaging with this journal may bring up emotions, memories, or experiences that feel significant or difficult. That is the nature of deep personal writing. You are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout this process. By purchasing this journal, you acknowledge that you are engaging with it of your own free will and that Samantha Lazo is not liable for any emotional responses, decisions, actions, or outcomes — positive or negative — that arise from your use of this product.

Limitation of liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samantha Lazo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product sold through this store. My total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Intellectual property - All content on this website and within Grow Wild — including writing, poetry, design, and audio — is the original work of Samantha Lazo and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of it without written permission.

Governing law - These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.

Changes to these terms - I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
